Awful customer service! Forcing paid services outside insurance window so customer has to pay. My son's Rx is less than 1 year old, and they want to force him into another PAID EYE EXAM (even though he just had one July 2017) in order to fill the Rx for his contacts, even though he already had the contact exam and was told it was good for 1 year. Will not be using their services anymore. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! --UPDATED to 3 stars from 1 star 3/26 -- a manager contacted me and my son was seen at a discounted rate. I was happy with the solution she offered.
